Hello, and thank you for visiting LullabyFlow. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to your information here. The short version: I collect very little, I never sell it, and you can leave whenever you like.
LullabyFlow (lullabyflow.com) is run by me, Korinna Leányvári, an independent children’s book author. I am the “controller” of your personal data, which means I decide how it is used. You can reach me at [email protected].
The name you choose for your Dream Keeper, and your child’s first name on the certificate, never leave your device. They are not saved, not stored in your browser, and not sent to me or anyone else. When you close the page, they are gone. Printing happens on your own printer.
I send emails only because you gave your consent. You can take it back at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, or by writing to me. Replying to your messages and keeping the site secure rely on my legitimate interest in running a safe, friendly website.
I use a few trusted services that process data on my behalf, under contracts that protect it:
I do not sell, rent, or “share” your personal information for advertising. Links to Amazon are ordinary links; once you click, Amazon’s own privacy policy applies.
Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the EU, it is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your email address stays on my list until you unsubscribe. After that I keep only a minimal “do not email” record so that you are never added again by mistake, and I delete everything else within 12 months. Emails you send me are kept only as long as needed to help you.
LullabyFlow does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and nothing on this site stores information in your browser. That is why you will not see a cookie banner here.
My books are for children, but this website is for the grown-ups who read with them. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has sent me their email address, write to me and I will delete it promptly.
Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to a data protection authority. In Hungary that is the NAIH (naih.hu), or you can use the authority where you live. Write to [email protected] and I will answer within one month.
State privacy laws such as California’s CCPA apply to businesses far larger than mine. Even so, the same choices are open to you: ask, correct, delete, unsubscribe. I never sell your information.
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top. If a change is important, I will tell subscribers by email first.
Sleep well,
Korinna
